About the Role: What Does a Customer Service Representative Do?
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the frontline hero 💬 — assisting customers with their queries, resolving concerns, and going above and beyond to make every interaction a positive one. Your role is vital in helping our US-based clients enjoy smooth, efficient, and friendly support, even when they’re oceans away.
You will work on-site at our buzzing Braamfontein office, during US business hours (that means evening and night shifts — perfect for night owls !).
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Here’s a look at what your new job will involve:
Customer Interaction
- Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Take ownership of high-profile, escalated cases from beginning to resolution.
- Deliver first-contact resolution whenever possible — no passing the buck here!
Problem Solving & Resolution
- Verify and update customer information accurately.
- Proactively offer solutions and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Follow compliance procedures and maintain strict information security standards.
Team Collaboration
- Share relevant knowledge and campaign updates with your teammates and management.
- Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and campaign briefings.
- Help maintain the awesome Concentrix culture — supportive, inclusive, and driven!
Continuous Learning
- Stay up to date with campaign product knowledge and SOPs.
- Participate in performance appraisals and personal development reviews.
📋What We’re Looking For
You don’t just bring experience — you bring energy, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. Here’s what makes you a great fit:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months international contact centre experience (Essential)
- OR
- 6 months of target-driven sales experience (Essential)
- OR
- *12 months local telecommunications contact centre experience
- Matric Certificate
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with US hours
- Excellent English communication skills – clear, confident, and customer-friendly
- Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable

Location & Work Schedule
Office Location: 33 Princess of Wales Terrace, Parktown, Johannesburg
Shift Times: Work between 2:00 PM and 4:00 AM — US business hours (Night Shift)
