SALARY

R269 214 per annum (Level 07)

LIMPOPO: (Tzaneen Campus) , (Maake Campus) , (Giyani Campus)

REQUIREMENTS FOR PLACEMENT OFFICER

A grade of 12 or an equal qualification, as properly as a identified country wide diploma, a bachelor’s diploma in enterprise administration, public management, marketing, or public relations, or any different pertinent comparable qualification, are all acceptable.
Two years of applicable ride working in an administrative or employment offerings environment.
Understanding of the labor economy.
Understand the PSET and CET Laws.
Understanding the pointers for public services.
Understanding of industrial operations and DHET policies.
Good interpersonal and conversation abilities.
Must be acquainted with computers.
A cutting-edge riding permit.

KEY DUTIES FOR PLACEMENT OFFICER

Assist in scholar placement. Provide coaching applications for work readiness.
Coordination with business, industry, and different pertinent stakeholders. Keep the scholar monitoring gadget up to date.
Upkeep and updating of databases for employers and pupil placement.
Create first-rate information and digital reports.
Evaluation and monitoring of work placement procedures.
Conduct critiques of the pupils’ work.
