SALARY: R181 599 per annum (Level 5)

Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4). Experience in mainframe/Persol orientation and human assets will be a delivered advantage. DUTIES: Provide personnel with an administrative guide wrt the placement of classified ads in the DOD and broader public service; additionally, control the functions for marketed posts. Attend shortlisting and resolution board conferences as HR representatives or administrative assistants, and put together minutes for the signature chairperson. Prepare and submit a submission for approval to a greater authority.
Compilation of appointment letters after approval is obtained. Conduct qualification verification and ship it to SAQA; put together and send a submission for preliminary vetting to DI. Maintain the safekeeping of finalized commercials and submissions in a cabinet. Provide an inner consultant to line managers and consumers for staffing things and policies that adjust the recruitment process. Compilation of letters for regularly occurring staffing inquiries
