An opportunity has arisen for an experienced general worker – assistant to assist the drivers with loading and offloading trucks. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.

Minimum Requirements

  • Medically fit, Reliable and Work in a safe manner, i.e. Ensure all safety requirements are adhered too
  • Prepared for work shifts, weekends and public holidays, Clean criminal record
  • Must have reliable transport to and from work and the ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
  • Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours and Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
  • Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision; the ability to carry out all reasonable instructions from the supervisor; and Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Helping a truck driver load and/or offload Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris 
  • Notify building management of any repairs required and Cleaning of entire premises

Clerk With No experience

Job Advert Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Debrief Clerk to perform a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents, and maintaining records and files. Routines are generally prescribed, and supervision is readily available. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12: Computer Literacy and Drivers License: Own reliable transport to and from work 
  • Must have experience in Debriefing Vehicles and be reliable, Assertive, committed, hard-working, and proactive.
  • Attention to detail, good problem-solving abilities, Prepared to work overtime, shifts, and weekends when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Debrief vehicle and trip documentation and capture POD onto the system. 
  • Inform managers when a POD has not been returned, capture all trip sheets on the system and collect all Toll and Diesel slips 
  • Calculation of L/Km and ensuring that equipment and pallets are offloaded
  • Inform briefing of vehicle returns and Ensure that drivers receive POD receipts and Completion of trip sheets
  • Completion of duplicate POD receipts and disciplining drivers (L/km, time delays, etc) when required APPLY HERE
