Introduction
We have 3 (Three) vacancies that exist for Porters based at Life Flora Hospital, reporting to Tshitiso Molusi, Porter Supervisor. The successful applicants will be part of a professional team that is continuously striving for the highest standards of quality in healthcare.
Critical Outputs
- Must be friendly to all customers and Transport patients from reception to wards and vice versa.
- Transport patients from wards to doctor’s rooms & X-ray and Check trolleys for cleanliness and whether in need of repairs (maintain good working condition).
- Help with ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Patient Services Manager during busier periods and Deliver correspondence to doctor’s rooms as and when required
The Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 and Willingness to work shifts, as well as weekends
- Understanding the private healthcare industry, its challenges, and role players would be an advantage and must be Physically fit, possess physical strength for heavy boxes, drive and energy
- Experience in working in customer service/dealing with clients and Experience in working in healthcare will be an advantage
