• Higher education experience will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in a similar position.
• Computer literate.
• Experience with SA-SAMS.
• Creative and Innovative thinker.
• Experience in administration and knowledge of client service and Ability to operate a switchboard.
• Additional languages will be an advantage.

The responsibilities are:

• Attend to visitors and deal with enquiries and Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls.
• Take and relay messages accurately and Greet persons entering the school and direct them to the correct destination.
• Deal with queries from learners and clients and Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.

The responsibilities are:

• Take responsibility for any school equipment and stock of the teacher and class and work closely with phase teachers to ensure the effective running of the phase.
• Create an educational atmosphere in the classroom and manage, plan, assist, and promote teaching and learning within the class.
• Manage, plan, assist, and promote activities (sport and culture) within the school, and help with sports and other admin duties when the need arises.
• Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
