REQUIREMENTS FOR FINANCE CLERK
A Grade 12 certificate is required for applicants.
No prior information is necessary.
Job-related expertise consists of a primary grasp of economic operations and tactics as well as the potential to accumulate data, use computers, and bring together information.
Basic appreciation of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), the Division of Revenue Act (DORA), the Public Service Act (PSA), the Public Service Regulations (PSR), the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), and the Financial Manual.
Understanding of essential monetary working systems, inclusive of LOGIS, the basic accounting system, and personnel and salary administration (PERSONAL).
Planning and organizing abilities, laptop proficiency, language proficiency, high-quality verbal and written conversation abilities, and primary numeracy capabilities are all integral to the position.
KEY DUTIES FOR FINANCE CLERK
Produce accounting and monetary transactions.
Get invoices. Examine payments for accuracy, confirmation, and approval (internal control). Process invoices (for instance, gather payments).
filing of all paperwork. Cash collection.
Pay overall performance offerings for aiding administration.
Get revenue recommendations.
Process the recommendation (e.g., verify the accuracy of the advice, file salaries, bonuses, pay changes, report all deductions, etc.).
Every form has to be filed.
Provide bookkeeping help services.
Record all transactions involving money.
Clear the money owed and end the suspense.
Debtors and lenders with records.
Process economic transactions online.
Follow up on debtor accounts and keep track of them.
Add any extra debts.
Follow up on submissions bearing on debt (state attorney cases, etc.).
Send month-to-month statements to debtors through the mail or email.
Render provider to help the budget.
Get important points from these in terms of the budget.
Compare spending to the budget.
Budgets for taking pictures and allocating revenues.
Deliver budget-related materials.
Every bureaucratic document needs to be filed.
Get and maintain economic payments.
