CLAIMS ASSESSOR: COID SERVICES

The Department of Employment and Labor is looking for a senior claims assessor to begin work immediately.

R331 188 per annum

Labour Centre: Durban

 

A three-year diploma or degree in public management, administration, social science, occupational safety and health, finance, or human resources management.

3 to 5 years of journeying before compensation claims are processed.

A supervisory experience is regularly desired, as are scientific claims.

Customer service (Batho Pele Principles), COID tariffs, public issuer charter, licensed COID delegation

Promotion of Access to Information Act, Road Accident Fund Act, PFMA, and Treasury Regulations are among the understanding areas protected in the Compensation Fund Policies, Procedures, and Processes. Relevant Stakeholders and Human Anatomy and Biology Medical Terminology, and COVID Delegation

Data capture, data, and file administration, verbal alternate (written and verbal), numeracy, corporation writing, desired science skills, smartphone abilities, and smartphone etiquette.

 

Manage the statement registration process, decide on claims from registered customers, and get organized to pay the claim. Make positive use of the accuracy of scientific and accounting repayments and act as a team chief or supervisor.
