REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR Organizational DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
An undergraduate bachelor’s degree (NQF7) or a three-year national diploma (NQF6) in administration services, industrial engineering, operations, manufacturing management, industrial psychology, or human useful aid administration are all options. Labor-Management Relations.
Two (2) years of good progress in work-study, organizational development, and effectiveness
Knowledge:
An indispensable comprehension of laws, rules, and regulations; comprehension of the merchandising of efficiency, such as the introduction of organizational structures.
Comprehension of record analysis.
Designing job profiles and assessing jobs.
Management of business company processes
Resolutions and Guidelines of the DPSA

Skills:

KEY DUTIES FOR SENIOR Organizational DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Do organizational improvement research.
Assist in the introduction of job profiles and critiques for every newly shaped and brief departmental role.
Carry out departmental job assessment procedures.
Conduct enhancements to the organization’s processes.
Develop techniques for and furnish interventions in exchange for administration for the department.
