Key Responsibilities
Banking of money. Relieve save manager. Maintain organization requirements of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security. Ensure compliance with all corporation procedures. Assist shop supervisor in the administration of staff. Ensure front-end controls are in place. Oversee the money office. Minimize inventory loss. Customer Service. Introduce income initiatives to attain saving targets
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 is a have-to (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level 4 / Previous journey managing people / My previous journey managing a department / Previous garb retail ride would be quite advantageous
