CASHIERS
Job Description
PURPOSE
- To provide great client service by actively, timeously, and accurately processing transactions on POS.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Great Customer Service by processing Customer orders according to SOP and maintaining speed of service
- Process payment types accurately according to SOP, educate customers about current promotions and drive sales
- Increase ticket averages by upselling or suggestive selling techniques and Maintain the Cleanliness and Hygiene of the counter service areas according to SOP
- Maintain FOH Stock according to SOP
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Senior Certificate (preferred) and Senior Certificate (required)
- Well-developed Literacy skills and Well-developed Numeracy skills
- One year’s experience as a retail cashier (QSR environment preferred)
GRILLER
Job Description
PURPOSE
To ensure that quality products are received and prepared for customers according to SOP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP and Maintain food safety standards according to SOP
- Prepare menu items according to SOP whilst maintaining speed of service
- Provide great customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
- Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience, minimum 1-year related experience required; Client Service
- Good Verbal Communication Skills and National Senior Certificate
HANDYMAN
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
- Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules and Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work and Inspect and maintain building
- General maintenance i.e. Electrical work (heavy duty), Plumbing etc and Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical, Trade test, plumbing, general maintenance
- Must be experienced in electrical work
- Experienced in general plumbing and maintenance
