SALARY : R131 265 per annum
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum educational qualification: Basic literacy and numeracy. Experience: Appropriate Experience in the field of domestic and clinic cleaning services. Inherent requirements of the job: Physical ability to lift and/or move heavy objects and supplies. Ability to operate machinery and equipment used in domestic and clinic cleaning services. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good interpersonal skills.
Appropriate knowledge of the correct methods of handling and disposal of refuse/waste products and to adhere to policies and cleaning procedures. Ability to operate machinery and equipment. Knowledge of legislation and policies of the Department of Health and Wellness relevant to cleaning practice.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance (i.e dust/sweep/ polish/ scrub/ mop/ clean windows/ walls/equipment/machinery and refuse removal.) Ensure effective Waste management, Linen Management etc. Effective and efficient utilization and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
Provide optimal support to the supervisor and colleagues with general housekeeping duties and services. Adhere to a general hygienic and safe environment in terms of standards and procedures.
