Job Purpose: Coordinate the work of a group according to described desires and objectives.
Key Accountabilities: Ensure adherence to the company’s regulations and rules as documented in the company’s disciplinary policy. Ensure that housekeeping is maintained in your work area. Ensure secure work exercise as described throughout Induction and different fitness and safety-related education and focus campaigns. Record and document all broken cases, parts, and elements as per the system ‘Reporting and Processing of Incidents’. Elevate unresolved issues or queries to the Supervisor for resolution. Coordinate teamwork in your vicinity of responsibility.
Always make sure that personnel in your region of duty work following applicable SOPs. Control and make sure the specific well-timed float of output from the location and continually make certain cycle time adherence. Ensure that all non-conformances and queries are effectively channeled for resolution. Stand in for absentees in the group as and when required. Manage the T-card System correctly in the place applicable. Maintain an inspired group by making use of tremendous verbal exchange and management skills. Any different sensible and executable mission inside your vocational capacity will be assigned by using your supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes: Matric (English and Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy). Two years of preceding working experience. Reach Truck, Forklift, Towmotor (Driver’s License at the place applicable). Ability to comply with guidelines and procedures. Ability to cope with pressure. Ability to work with people. Ability to supply consequences and meet consumer expectations. Ability to existing and talk records.
