Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Previous sales experience only and competencies / skills:
- Customer service orientation and Working with members in a team
- Ability to plan daily tasks effectively, Computer literacy and Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with people or clients, Tolerance for stress and High level of integrity and Initiative
Key Responsibilities
- Achievement of daily, monthly and weekly sales targets, Protection of all assets (stock, cash, physical assets, staff and customers)
- Through effective implementation of company policies and procedures and Effective implementation of store and department layout
- Customer service and ensuring correct administration procedures in respect of stock room, mark-downs and lay-byes
- Ensure effective merchandise replenishment and housekeeping
