Service Consultant
Purpose Statement

Minimum Experience
3 to 6 months previous client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment OR if no experience, a candidate with a relevant tertiary qualification can be considered.”
Ideal:
- More than 1 year’s customer service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment and Demonstrated track record of engaging in a sales and client-facing environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or something similar, as well as a Certification in Finance or Banking
Knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of:
- Basic calculations
- Retail/consumer service environment

Purpose Statement
To welcome customers and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning, providing excellent client service, helping customers at the ATM, and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels.
