Job Description
- Prepare the restaurant for service and greet guests at the door or assigned tables, using the correct Ocean Basket greeting
- Communicate with tables while taking orders, using all upselling opportunities, placing orders correctly on POS, consolidating it with different sections, and, on completion, serving it to customers
- Continuously cleans and resets tables and maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Should know all the items on the menu and the basic ingredients and methods of preparation of each and Keep the working area clean all the time
Qualifications and Experience
- grade 12 is needed and past experience as a waiter or waitress will add an advantage.
