What Is the Learner Technician Programme?

This 12-month programme is designed for students who need Work Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete their studies at a South African University of Technology.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the ArcelorMittal Learner Technician Programme 2025, you must meet the following criteria:

Completed S5 level at a recognized South African University of Technology
Demonstrated academic excellence
Strong engineering theoretical foundation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A results-driven attitude and commitment to excellence
High level of attention to detail
Strong problem-solving capabilities
