REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
A senior certificate, national diploma, degree, or any applicable NQF stage 6–7 certification in the fields of social sciences, facts systems, or all three.
3 years minimal is appropriate.
Information management, structure design, compliance monitoring, and assessment experience.
Understanding of the Republic of South Africa’s Constitution.
Understanding of the legislative and coverage framework for the public sector, authorities initiatives like the National Development Plan, and the most necessary strategic dreams of the government branch

KEY DUTIES FOR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Help in the creation, conception, application, and assessment of PA norms and standards Early warning and reporting structures for compliance.
