REQUIREMENTS FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Undergraduate levels in public administration, human assets management, or commercial enterprise technological know-how are all three (3) 12-month packages (NQF 7).
A contemporary use permit. Five (5) years of middle- or senior-level understanding of human aid administration at the administrative level
Knowledge:
Policies and strategies for the department
Principles of Batho Pele and Public Service Problems of Transformation
Public Service Rules and pertinent prescripts, a White Paper on the Transformation of the Public Service, and Access to the Recognition and Licensing Committee.
The Human Resource Development Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Basic Conditions of Work Act, the Public Finance Management Act, the Employment Equity Act, and the Skills Development Act
Skills:
Organizing and planning, textual and verbal communication
interpersonal, laptop literacy, problem-solving, listening, and observing.
Strategic administration Presenting, Analysis, and People Management.

KEY DUTIES FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Provide a route for the method and execution of insurance policies and monitoring goals.
Oversee the employment equity, carrier benefits, and recruitment and determination procedures.
Oversee the packages for worker fitness and well-being and make certain that GDY issues are well-delivered inside the department.
Handle your department’s MTEF HR diagram by using DPSA regulations.
Control the Directorate’s whole useful resource pool.
