REQUIREMENTS FOR RESTITUTION RESEARCH
A Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Development Studies, or Social Sciences are necessities for applicants. a minimal of three years of applicable work experience
Job-related expertise:
knowledge of land-related problems and restitution.
Evolution of policy.
Research techniques.
Rules for challenge management

KEY DUTIES FOR RESTITUTION RESEARCH
Check the compliance of the restitution research.
All reviews submitted following Rules 3 and 5—non-compliance memos and gazette notices—shall be subject to fine assurance and verification.

Create new insurance policies and consider modern-day ones.
