A Graduate program in Africa
In the Africa Division in the Marketing & Services segment, each year a Graduate Program gives 80 new graduates, aged 26 or under, from more than thirty African countries a job skills acquisition path: six months’ professional experience in their home country, followed by a twelve-month international opportunity in another country. “Since 2014, over 550 young individuals have participated in the course.”.
