Job Description: Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an interesting possibility in the HR Department. We are searching for gifted people with the applicable abilities to apply for a Business Administration Learnership, which is primarily based nationwide. The profitable candidate will document at once to the HR Coordinator.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete the NQF Stage 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme and provide administrative assistance throughout the year, during peak enterprise periods, and when groups are on leave. The learnership is a structured, built-in getting-to-know software that combines theoretical (formal) coaching and on-the-job gaining knowledge (structured work experience).
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: A Grade 12 qualification is imperative. Proficiency in English and any other South African language. Have 1 year of work ride. Must no longer have beforehand finished the equivalent qualification or apprenticeship at any other business enterprise or corporation that employs South African residents. Employment Equity
Applicants: Must be unemployed; aged between 18 and 35; and present a legitimate scientific file detailing their incapacity. Candidates ought to be inclined to commit to a 12-month learnership application.
