Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Discover Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen (by birth or naturalization) or a citizen of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, or Tanzania for opportunities in those markets
- Must be 26 years old or younger
- Have completed at least an undergraduate degree (BCom, BSc, BTech – NQF 7) by end of 2025
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered for these fields:
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
- Have less than 2 years of work experience post-studies
- Achieved at least 65% aggregate in your latest or completed academic results
Vodacom Internship Programme – Gain Experience & Build Your Career
- The Vodacom Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract designed to provide practical work experience to recent graduates.
- This programme is your stepping stone into a permanent role or the Discover Graduate Programme.
Programme Highlights
- 12-month contract with full-time experience
- Structured training and skills development
- Start Dates: 1 February or 1 March 2026
- Opportunity to transition into a permanent role or move into the Discover Graduate Programme
Internship Eligibility Requirements
- South African citizen by birth
- 26 years old or younger
- 0–1 year of work experience post-studies
- Minimum of a B-degree (NQF 7): BCom, BSc, or BTech
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) is acceptable in:
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
- Minimum of 65% academic average
